Midtown Ventura is one of Ventura’s most sought after neighborhoods. With an abundance of craftsman style homes, ocean views and a variety of shops, restaurants and services nearby midtown is a great location for a family home or an investment property!

The College Area of Ventura is anchored by our very own Ventura College. Many community events take place on the college grounds such as kids sports games, farmers markets and the annual 4th of July Firework show! You can find gyms, coffee shops and eateries near the college just as you would in any college town.

Downtown Ventura is everything that you want a coastal California beach town to be! This clean, urban neighborhood is home to many shops, restaurants, boutiques and a vibrant nightlife. Downtown has close access to the freeway and to the beach.
