College Area

The College Area of Ventura is anchored by our very own Ventura College. Many community events take place on the college grounds such as kids sports games, farmers markets and the annual 4th of July Firework show! You can find gyms, coffee shops and eateries near the college just as you would in any college town. There are many neighborhoods to the south of the college that consist primarily of moderately priced family homes in suburban communities.
