Pierpont

  • Pierpont is a community along the beach east of downtown and the Ventura pier. The Pierpont community has bike paths and beach access along with local shopping and restaurants. Neighborhoods in this area include Seaward Village, Pierpont Community, and the Ventura Keys. The Ventura Keys consist of single family residences that have their own boat docks with easy access to the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands.
