2. Pre-Approval

3. Choose your Floorplan

Look through the available floorplans and choose the most functional one for your needs.

4. Choose your Lot

Examine a map of the community and decide where in the community you would like to be.

5. Pay your Deposit

Pay a deposit and sign the purchase agreement to secure your home.

6. Discuss Lending Strategies

Your lender can help you decide when the right time to lock in an interest rate will be.

7. Choose Custom Finishes

Meet with the design team and choose the custom finishes for your home.

8. Wait for the Build Out

The Del Sol homes have a 4-6 month build out time.

9. Perform Home Inspections

Schedule inspections and negotiate any repair requests and issues from inspection.

10. Closing- Move in Time!
