Harbor Cove Beach (Ventura)

The Details-

Harbor Cove Beach, also known as Mother’s Beach is located in a little cove across the street from Ventura Harbor. This keeps the waves mellow in all conditions. I loved taking my littles here when they were 2 and 3. I felt comfortable letting them run in the surf knowing that there would not be a big wave that would pop in and knock them down.

Hot Tips-

This beach does have showers to rinse off and available bathrooms

Parking is usually plentiful in the lot that is right at the beach, but in the peak of tourist season it can fill up. There is some street parking available as well

You cannot go wrong with any of the Harbor’s plentiful treat stops, but as an ice cream junkie Coastal Cone is a can’t miss!
